LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except to the extent required by state law, Geeks in Minutes expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent that state law limits this waiver of liability any action to enforce any warranties shall not be commenced more than one (1) year after the completion of services provided to customer by Geeks in Minutes.

In no event shall geeks in minutes be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of customer's use of its services, even if Geeks in Minutes has advance notice of the possibility of such damages
